My Order Status

Has my order shipped and how can I track it?

  • You can log into your account to track the status or your order.
  • When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to track your package.
  • In some cases the email may be in your spam folder.

When will my order ship?

  •  Orders are usually shipped the same business day they are placed or the very next business day depending on when order was placed.

How can I make changes to my order, or cancel it?

  • You can log in to your account at the top right of the page to make sure your order hasn't shipped. 
  • You may email orders@trugrit.com with your name and order number or call (612) 888-GRIT

My order arrived with missing/incorrect items.

  • Please contact us immediately via email or phone call so that we may fix the problem at no additional charge to you.

When will my backorder ship?

  • Backorders will ship the same day they are received in stock. Which will vary depending on the items and the manufacturers/suppliers.

OOPS! I ordered the wrong items, what can I do?

  • You can ship the items back to us at your cost and we will replace/exchange them and you will be charged the difference plus any additional shipping costs.
  • Please also include a copy of your original order along with an explanation of what products need to be replaced/exchanged.

  • Simply go to the log in section on the top right of the page and enter your information and create a password.
  • Once created, you may track status of orders, see previous orders, and shop faster.

  • Go to “log in” at the top right of the page. There you will find the “forgot login” section.

 

International Shipments

Can you ship to my country?

  • We will ship to anywhere that U.S postal service or UPS will deliver to.

What would the shipping cost?

  • You may use our shipping estimate tool in the shopping cart to get an accurate quote.
  • You may also email or call us for a quote.

What are my payment options?

  • We will accept paypal and all major credit cards
