Corian (18)
Corian is a solid surface material created by DuPont in 1967 that's made from a mixture of acrylic polymer and alumina trihydrate (ATH), a natural mineral derived from bauxite ore. Corian is non-porous, easy to clean, and comes in a wide range of colors. It's often used for kitchen countertops, islands, and prefabricated sinks, but it can also be used for knife handles. It can achieve a nice polish and is also a food-safe material. -
