When you see the Best Price Guaranteed badge on Tru-Grit, we mean it. Shop knowing you’re getting a fair, competitive price on abrasives, knifemaking gear, and Evenheat ovens. If you find the same item for less at another authorized "U.S. only" online dealer within
30 days of your purchase, send us the proof and we’ll pay you the difference.
How to request the difference
- Purchase the item on
trugrit.com.
- Within 30 days of the order date, email
orders@trugrit.com.
- Include your Tru-Grit order number, a link to our product, and a link to the competitor’s listing for the same item.
We’ll review it and credit the difference back to your original payment method.
What qualifies
- Same brand, model, size, grit and specs — like-for-like (in-stock vs in-stock, or made-to-order vs made-to-order).
- The other seller must be an authorized retailer selling only new product online.
- Their advertised price must include all fees and shipping costs.
- We compare the out-the-door number, not a teaser price plus freight.
- The listing must be current, not an expired/discontinued or “one left at this price” product.
- You must have already purchased the product from trugrit.com before we can credit a difference.
What does not qualify
- We don’t price-match quotes on items you haven’t ordered yet.
- Auction sites, marketplaces, and discounters (including eBay and similar).
- Used, refurbished, gray-market, or closeout leftovers.
- Club, wholesale, or membership pricing.
- Stacked coupons, cashback, or gift-card promotions.
- Competitors "sales", bundle, closeout, or limited-time promo pricing.
- International sellers.
Evenheat ovens
Oven price matches are for the same Evenheat model and control package, sold new by an authorized Evenheat dealer. Factory-direct freight and made-to-order lead times must line up with what you bought from us.
Tru-Grit Inc. can decline a request that isn’t a real, like-for-like advertised price, or doesn't meet any of the above listed requirements.
