Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and shipping speed.

Orders are usually shipped the same business day or the very next business day, depending on when the order was placed.

Backorders will ship the same day they are received in stock, which varies depending on the items and the manufacturers/suppliers.

We ship to anywhere that USPS or UPS will deliver to. International orders are sent at your own risk. Any shipping insurance claims are your responsibility and Tru Grit will not be responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. Tru Grit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All machines will require a shipping quote. If you would like a quote please state in the comment section in the shopping cart prior to checkout, otherwise shipping charges will be added and order will be shipped. Shipping and handling charges are due when the order is shipped.

Tru Grit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
